At Aldi Companies, owner Michael Aldi and Executive Chef Adriano Silva are dedicated to crafting unforgettable dining experiences. Since the opening of Dryft Revere in 2019, a premier beachfront destination with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, guests have enjoyed a modern take on classic Italian cuisine that fosters connection. The success of Dryft inspired the launch of Fine Line, where a lively atmosphere blends sports, beer, and mouthwatering brick oven pizzas. In 2024, we proudly unveiled Vivi’s Tapas Bar, perfect for vibrant gatherings with its creative global menu, alongside our second Dryft location in Linden Square, serving the same beloved dishes that have become a staple of Revere Beach. Each of our restaurants reflects our commitment to quality, community, and the joy of shared moments.
